MHFS has worked with our generous sponsor to source prizes for participating Friends of the Family (Participants) who participate in the March for Fathers and Families. Prizes are as follows:

Registration Information:
- Each participant must complete and return this registration form to be assigned a unique Registration Number.
- Each participant will be entered into the Friends of the Family contest
- Please return all Pledge Forms on or before Monday June 20, 2022
- Please collect and return all funds raised on or before Monday June 27, 2022;
